Are you a busy, busy woman? Did you just graduate college and are starting your career? Or, are you starting a new career? Do you have children and have too many schedules to coordinate? Possibly a woman who simply likes to do it all?
If you fit into the category of “busy bee”, then you might feel like you never have time to focus on your health. On top of that, when you do have some free time and start looking into nutrition and health recommendations, everything online is so confusing and so conflicting.
This is why I’m here.
I have been in your shoes: a woman in college, volunteering for two organizations, looking for my first job in my field, trying to schedule a move from Portland, OR to Chicago, IL and putting my health on the back burner.
I watched my health take a tumble. I lost all flexibility, I gained weight, lost my endurance, had constant headaches and saw my resting heart rate get higher and higher. It was time to practice what I preach.
Eating (and health) does not have to be hard. It is time for you to focus on yourself, just as much as you focus on your to do lists.
